So I was reading my friend's Amber's blog and I am totally inspired by her weight loss! It is really quite amazing and she has been doing it by the idiot proof diet. The disclaimer is that you need to find a diet you can stick with and do it, so I figured what else do I have to lose except weight right? So I signed up for it online and it generates a diet for you that you follow for 11 days then a 3 day break, then you can start over if you want to lose more weight.
I'm currently on day 2 and it's a hard mindset for me to know that I can't eat whatever I want, and I am trying to drink a lot of water at the same time. But I am working on changing my mindset to a more positive outlook with a better body image. I have found that I have a mental barrier with losing more weight because I have always been heavy but I am working on changing that.
Also I updated my ticker again with my real goal weight, so keep checking :)

Yeah those mental barriers can really hold you back! I had a few too. Some having to do with not seeing how I was going to go from A to B, it just seemed like too much that it wasn't possible, even though logically I knew it was. Also I had/have an eating disorder, so I get worried when dieting that I'll relapse. Plus other stuff relating to other people.
